About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Changing terminals during 24 hour stay

Hi,

I am an Indian national travelling from Canada to Moscow via Beijing. My connecting flight will be another terminal, so can I collect my luggage and change terminal during this 24 hour transit??

Appreciate any feedback.
