Has Jiuzhaigou opened yet?

I'm traveling to Chendu 29 Oct. I planned to go to Jiuzhaigou too. Hotel in Jiuzhaigou is booked. Before I booked flight and hotel, I heard that it has already re-opened after big earthquake last year. But today, I heard that it has not opened yet. I so confuse now has it opened yet? Kindly advise.
I planned to visit Jiuzhaigou on 31 Oct. Thank you. POr
