Can a foreigner buy legit tickets at the Xiamen International Cruise Terminal or online?

Do I need to buy tickets online (are those tickets legit?) or can I buy tickets on the day itself at the International Cruise Terminal?

No, you don't need to purchase them online. Just buy the tickets on site. Go there earlier in order to avoid waiting in queue.
