About:China Customs Declaration

I’d like to bring 1 bottle 70cl cognac (40% alcohol) and 1 bottle 70cl of tequila (40% alcohol).

As 140cl converts to less than 1.5 liters, carrying these 2 bottles in my luggage without declaring should be okay, correct?
