About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Can I apply for a China Visa in Hong Kong

I'm an Indian Citizen residing in India planning to go to China. Will I have to go to Hong Kong to get my tourist visa renewed? If not then what is the procedure?

You can apply from the CAVSC in your home country, and you can also apply from the office of the commissioner of the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC in HK SAR. First, prepare your passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Next, submit the application to Chinese embassy or consulate.
