About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Qingdao TAO, how long can I stay with my 72h visa?

for example, If I arrive 15:00 wednesday in Qingdao, can I departure 23:00 saturday with my 72h free transit?
Some airports starts to count from 00:00 at the arrival date. How about TAO?
