I am resigning with my current job and there is still no another jobs for me to be into.
I am still applying and searching for a new one. Currently my career growth in my current company is doing well. I was promoted 5 months ago, passed some certifications and earned bonuses in line with it. There is a high possibility of increase in salary and another promotion this December, but still, I would like to quit due to the stress, unfair workload that was assigned to me and lack of proper process and management in the team. I was already diagnosed of having an acute stress disorder and gastro problems due to this. Now, I want to start again but there is no guarantee that a good opportunity will happen. I already talked with my managers and they plead me not to go. The urge to help the team is still there but I am not able to focus myself in doing my task because I already felt that I am not happy on what I am doing. Will my decision to quit be a good idea? or I is it better if I will stay and just face the challenges ahead? Hope you can help. I was born March 6, 1993. Thank you very much.
