About:Macau Visa Policy

Macau Visa for Aghanistan Passport holder

Hello, I am from Afghanistan and planning to attend a world forum on Early Childhood Education in Macau during April 2019, should I apply for the visa at China Embassy here in Afghanistan? or I can get the voa. please advise me.
