Can i take packaged pre cooked ready to eat food?

I am a Indian vegetarian. Find it difficult to find right food with problem of language. Was thinking of carrying heat and eat pacakged indian food. Thanks

Well, you'd better not since the customs will have a pretty strict check to the food. However, don't worry too much and there are a lot of vegetarian restaurants in China.
