Is one day enough to have a Yellow Mountain tour from Shanghai? Then I will go back to Shanghai. Is there high speed train from Shanghai to Huangshan? Please advice.

According to my experience, you need at least two days for a Yellow Mountain tour, and you need to add another one day if you go from Shanghai and go back to Shanghai after the tour. Between Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and Huangshan North Railway Station, there are high speed trains available. The train journey will be around 4.5 hours.
