About:China Civil Aviation - Regulations & Security Check

Can I pack in the above 45g hair mousse into my check in luggage

when I fly from Shanghai to Singapore through SIA.

I know that in Chinese air company, you can take the air mousse less than 350ml in check in luggage. But I'm not sure the rule of the SIA. You are suggested to contact them to confirm that.
