Station to board in Nanjing and station to alight in Shanghai

I am staying in Sofitel Nanjing Galaxy Hotel and I intend to travel to Shanghai by high speed train. Which station should I board and which station I should alight if I am staying at Pullman Shanghai Subway hotel? What is the ticket price, how long is the journey and what is the frequency of the ride?

The cloest station should be Nanjing Railway Station, the one near Xuanwu Lake. As for the hotel in Shanghai, do you mean the one at No. 15 Dapu Road? If yes, Shanghai Railway Station is the one closer in distance. There are about 30 rides a day between this two stations. The price is from CNY139.5 to 437.5 per person based on the seat class.
