About:Hong Kong - Guilin High Speed Train

Direct train Hong Kong - Guilin

Can a tourist buy the new direct train ticket to Guilin while being in Hong Kong? If yes, which train station would it be?
I am planing to go on 10th of October, I have China visa - would my passport be stamped in Hong Kong before going to the train?
