Its not a visa, its a visa exemption. Must be traveling to a third country. It depends how many other people are doing the transit in front of you, to leave the airport it could be 10 min or it could be an hour. if yiu are staying in the airport there is a separate direct transit line, never done that so not sure how long it takes.
