Do Moroccans need a seperate Tourist Visa to Travel to Hong Kong and to Hainan

Hello,

I am from Morocco and I am planning on going to China for the Canton Fair.
I am planning doing:
Casablanca--Hong Kong
Hong Kong--- Guangzhou (by train)

I am also planning on going to the Hainan Island

Question:
a) Do I need a separate Tourist visa for Hong kong
b) I read somewhere that people need to get a visa for Hainan, is that true? and if so, is a chinese entry permit enough?
