Where is the final stop for the Shenyang airport bus stop north station at about 11pm at night?

I have a flight that will arrive at Shenyang airport at 10:25pm, just need to know where the airport bus will stop at that time of night as I will need to find a taxi from there to my hotel in Huigong Street. I have read that the bus goes to the TV tower, but I don't where know that is (address). Can you please advise me where the airport bus heading towards north train station's final stop is?
