Hainan 30 day visa free

I booked my flights and accommodation online and have the printed itinerary. Along with my passport, is this all I will need when flying in to Haikou to gain the 30 day visa free access?
I note it says on the web that you need to be received by Hainan travel agent. Another part says you need itinerary.
I have tried contacting the Chinese entry permit Application Service Centre in Perth, Australia, however they have not answered their phone and I have been on hold for more than one and a half hours.
