hainan 30 day visa free

Question

I booked my flights and accommodation online and have the printed itinerary.  Along with my passport, is this all I will need when flying in to Haikou to gain the 30 day visa free access?I note it says on the web that you need to be received by Hainan travel agent.  Another part says you need itinerary.I have tried contacting the Chinese entry permit Application Service Centre in Perth, Australia, however they have not answered their phone and I have been on hold for more than one and a half hours.

You can submit an identity certificate and travel arrangement to Hainan agencies through a travel agency in your country, and then Hainan’s travel agencies will apply for the visa-free entry on your behalf from Hainan public security organ and frontier inspection office.
