About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

How many times in 12 month period can I use this visa

Hi Im booked to fly in and out of Shanghai twice, have 14 hr stop over first, want to leave the airport for this. Then would like to stay 4 days on return a week later,....is there a limit on the number of times the visa free scheme can be used in a certain time period?.

There's no limit; you could use transit without visa every day if you wanted to as long as your itinerary qualifies. Whether you can leave the airport at Shanghai on a 14 hour connection will be at the discretion of the immigration officer on the day.
