About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Does this qualify for TWOV?

Does this itinerary qualify for the 144 hour free transit?:

Inbound: Dubai - Kunming (transfer: staying in airport) - Shanghai (stay for 5 days)
Outbound: Shanghai - Amsterdam - Dublin

Irish passport.

It does not qualify for 144 hours transit without visa. Two stops in China immediately limits you to 24 hours. You need a visa or different flights.
