When is the best date to start a business?

I am a female born on January 12, 1995. I want to put up a business but I just realized I'm under the influence of the Zodiac Dog and 2018 is not the best time according to some articles. I wonder when is the best date? and what kind of business is the best for me?

It seems the April in 2019 can be a good time to start your business. However, you need to have a very clear plan about your business and what's your target groups, how about the market and how to control the cost. You need to make a very detailed proposal. Thank you for the reply. I wonder if there is a specific date like what day on April 2019? I am not very familiar to feng shui but as far as I kno, some businessmen are following a certain date to start their business.

Apr. 02, 11, 15, 17, 21, 23, 27 and 29 are all the good time to open business.
