Did you purchase the interline ticket?
If yes, don't worry. You can catch the next flight.
If not, I'm afraid it is not enough and you are advised to to change your flight and prepare about 1.5 - 2 hours for the transfer.

My experience is you can't. Minimum transfer time is 60 minutes. You have to pass immigration, transit procedures for transit flight. Plus walking distance is far including a buggy ride to domestic/international transfer. It's recommended to change to a later transfer flight.

Even though you have a through ticket from Sg to cgo. You still have to pass immigration in baiyun. Go through the domestic transfer procedures. As gate closes 20 mins before departure. I tried 45 minutes even with requesting czair for special staff to assist me to rush but I still can't make it to the next flight to cgo. Plus they are willing to accommodate due to I'm having an emergency in cgo. 1 hour is the minimum connecting time.
