About:Chongqing Railway Station

Los Angles (LAX)-Beijing Capital Airport-Chengdu, time for transfer & procedures

I arrive from LAX to PEK on American Airlines at 14:00, T2 and will depart at 16.50 to Chengdu on China Southern Airlines at T2.
Will this be enough time for transfer? What are the procedures/route description?

Yes, it is enough for you to finish the transfer. Don't worry.
The procedures are:
STEP1: Inspection & Quarantine, Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection
STEP2: Baggage Claim
STEP3: Customs Inspection
STEP4: Going through Transfer Formalities
STEP5: Security check
STEP6: Waiting & Boarding
