further my education

Hi am a Ghanaian,I hold Higher National Diploma in commercial Art(Graphic design option)
English is not my native language but am good when comes to speaking and writing.
Can I do my masters degree in Art Education at the Chinese University?

You can do that if you hold a valid student X type for mainland China.
