Is there a bus running from Yuntai to Dengfeng?

I guess you mean Yuntai Mountain? If so, you need to take bus K3/ 3 to Renmin Yiyuan and then change to bus 32 to Jiaozuo General Bus Station. From there you can take a bus to Dengfeng at 8:50 and 15:00.
