I am ceo of a private bank in Afghanistan I have invited in “ 9th Annual Corporate Governance and Director Development Excellence 2018” an Advanced workshop to be held on 13th-16th November at Sheraton Hongkong Hotel & Towers ,HongKong. So please let me know can I apply for Hong Kong visa in chines embassy in Kabul, if your response is yes what document needs should I bring myself and how schedule the appointment.
