Optaining a visa longer than 180-days

Good Day.
My girlfriend is moving to Guangzhou on a work visa and I would like to know the process of optaining a visa for myself that will last more than 180 days. We are not married so I know a spousal visa will not apply.

Allan, so you need to get a work visa as well or a study visa that last more than 180 days. S1 visa does not suit you.
