Liquids in Hand Luggage on domestic flights

Hello,
I will fly from shanghai to Guangzhou with china eastern. Can i bring liquids (less than 100ml per bottle and in a 1l plastic bag) in my hand luggage?

Yes, you can but notice that the bottle also needs to be less than or equal to 100 ml.
