About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Travelling through Xiamen to reach Bali

Hopefully this isn't redundant, I just want to confirm anyway. Will a 24 hour TVOV allow me to visit Xiamen during my 12 hour layover this upcoming November?

You can use 24h twov in Xiamen, and you are allowed to visit Xiamen during the layover.
