About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, I am an Netherlands citizen flying for short stay to China.

Hi all!

I have a question: I have a Dutch passport and I am arriving at Shanghai Pudong airport at OCT 27 from Fukuoka. 4 hours later I fly from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport to Changhsa to attend a wedding in Chaling. Tuesday Oct. 30 I do exactly the same but then the other way around (all within the 72 hours window). Is a Visum required or is this not needed for this time?
If not, what do I need to fill in/request instead?

Thank you for your help!

Regards, Remco
