I am flying from Hanoi to Beijing on a flight on April 2 and then with another airlines from Beijing to Toronto on a flight April 4. I have a hotel booked in Beijing for April 2 and 3rd. Would I qualify for the 72 hour twov exemption and if so, how would I go about obtaining one.
