Is Rush Service available

My Client is hoping to depart for Shanghai on September 20. If my client submits all documentation at the Chicago Office in person, will he receive the Visa that day?

At the Chicago Office, there is 2-3 days express. Your client can try to apply for the one day service, which is available only in extreme emergencies and subject to approval by the consular officer, and if it is approved, your client can get the result within one day.
