Hi, you are supposed to prepare your passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, and a passport-style photo, your residence permit in there, round trip air tickets, and hotel booking record or an invitation letter from your friend in China. You need to submit the application in person. You may need to pay MYR200 per person for that.

Alright, Thank you...so how long does the visa take to be out ?..if i want to travel end of November?

If so, you are advised to make the application in October because usually one is advised to apply one month prior to the trip. It usually takes four working days for the processing after you submit the application.
