About:Chinese Embassy in Nepal

in my chinese visa v it is written entry before 20 oct , it means i must reach china on 19 oct

It means you must reach China before 24:00 of 20 Oct.

i took it from chinese embessy nepal and it took normal charge of 3500 nepali rupee
