订票号码 and 取票号码 and 订单号

When I was in Wuyuan last month, I bought a bullet train ticket to Huangshan North via online through a local friend. He then WhatsApp me the ticket bearing the 订票号码. But when I arrived at Wuyuan bullet station the next morning, the counter girl ask for the 取票号码. Later, I managed to get my China friend to WhatsApp the ticket this time bearing the 取票号码; I then managed to collect my ticket.

I am now in Singapore. I am going to Shantou and Xiamen in this coming October. I forgot it was the National Day golden week of China and in order to ensure I can take the ride from Shantou to Xiamen, I asked a China friend to book for me the ticket online and I will collect the ticket at Chaoshan station.

This time he WhatsApp me the ticket bearing the 订单号 (EXXXXX6605) - 9 digits. I could not find the 取票号码 on the ticket and he made enquiry at the railway station and he was told just show the 订单号. I was quite confused and worried of the procedures.

I am a Singaporean. Would I be able to get the bullet ride ticket over the counter by showing the 订单号 (EXXXXX6605) - 9 digits? Please advise.
