Train tickets with open time

I have to book a ticket from Shanghai to Jinan West. The departure time is already known and I know which one I have to book. But I don't know yet at which time the travel back will be (on the same day). Is there an option where I can book a ticket and then chose which one I can use? Like one that allows me to take any ride at that certain day? The class I want to book is the G one

There is no such type. When you book it, you need to assign which ride to take and board on the requested time.
