About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Philippines Passport Holder transit visa

HI , I am a Filipino. I will be transiting in Shanghai, China going to Paris, France however it is not a connecting flight. I bought a separate ticket from Cebu to Shanghai which will arrive on Oct 10 at 8 AM and my trip going to Paris will be on Oct 11 at 12 midnight. Basically, I have a roundtrip ticket for Cebu-Shanghai-Cebu and a separate round trip ticket for Shanghai-Paris-Shanghai. Do i qualify for a free transit? Do i need to apply it before hand in the Philippines or I can apply upon arrival?

Thank you in advance

Do you mean you would travel like Cebu-Shanghai-Paris-Shanghai-Cebu? If yes, you can enjoy 24h twov in Shanghai twice if each layover time in Shanghai is within 24 hours.
