Taking bullet train is highly recommended. First, you can take the airport shuttle line 2 to Beijing South Railway Station directly, spending 1.5 hours or so and CNY 30 per person. Then take a bullet train for about 30 minutes to get to Tianjin Train Station. Afterwards, you may take a taxi to the port.0

Taking the bullet train is the most cost-saving way. Hailing a taxi may cost you CNY500 to 700 or so and spend around 2.5 hours or more if the traffic is bad. For this kind of long distance transfer, maybe you can also check online for some car rental company and chartere a car in advance.0
