You may need to provide the attested degree certificate and 2-year work experience from your home country to your employer. You can contact your employer to confirm that.

My name is jimmy, my work permit was just granted. My company hired an agent in China. For my work permit this was what I summited:
1. School’s Bachelor/diploma/certificates. (Authenticated from Chinese embassy in your country)
2. criminal records clearance from your country ( Authenticated from Chinese embassy in your country)
3. An employer recommendation letter with at least 2 years of experience. (No authentication need it)
4. Update CV

I sent this to my employer in China, they applied for my work permit in China. They were other documents related to them that they passed along but for you this is only things you need to worry about it.
