Transfer process from T1 to T2

I need to fly from Hong Kong to PVG on October 21st and arrive at least at 10:30 because I have a flight to Mexico at 13:30, Aeromexico's flight leave from T2 and China Eastern & Hong Kong Airlines both have a flight that arrives at 9:50 but to T1.
Do you think I'll have enough time for all the process? The Aeromexico's flight can't be changed.
If I get one day earlier, will I be needing a Visa for that day???
