Shanghai visit. 72 hour Visa?

I'm flying from London UK to Moscow 3 hours stopover then to Shanghai. I land in Shanghai on Tuesday and leave on Thursday morning. can I use 72 hour twov?.

If the next country or region after transiting in Shanghai is not Moscow, you qualify for the 144h twov in Shanghai. Nice trip.
