US citizen stay 4 days in Beijing for sightseeing.

US citizen going to Beijing to Tokyo Japan, I stay 4 days in Beijing. What king of Visa Do need?

If you will travel like USA-Beijing (4 days)-Japan, you are eligible for the 144h twov in Beijing. No need to apply for a visa.
