Walk to east about 5 minutes and then take bus line 175 to the East Station. Take a high speed train to Shenzhen and it takes about 30 minutes to get there. Remember to book train tickets in advance.0

Yes, you can walk north about 5 minutes to take MTR Line 3 to West Sports Road and then Transfer to MTR Line 3 (North extension) to the East Station. Get out of the Exit I and it takes about 20 minutes to get there.0
