About:Zhangjiajie Hehua International Airport

I will be arriving late at night around 10-11pm, how easy is it to get to the Wu Lingyuan area

Hi, you can take a taxi to the scenic area since the public bus is not available at that time and the fare is around CNY 140 to CNY 160 .

Michelle - have you gone on your trip already? Did you find it easy to get to Wulingyuan area from DYG airport? What mode of transportation did you take?

Daisy - are taxi easy to find at the DYG airport this late in the evening? I land at 22:35. Are taxi drivers OK with driving 50-75 minutes to Wulingyuan this late in the evening?

Dear all, arrived last Sunday evening around 11pm and it is no problem at all to get a taxi. Some small discussion with the driver about the price, because they do not want to use the meter and have to drive back to the city again without passenger. 160RMB was ok for me and him (I checked before with my hotel, they asked for 180 for pickup service)

Will arrive 11pm too and need a taxi straight to hotel in Wulingyuan. Understand the fare is around 160RMB but just worried supply exceeds demand and that the fare will be raised. Travelling alone so do not want to incur additional costs.
