Does China Post deliver its services in Karachi,Pakistan?

I live in Karachi Pakistan. I want to use China Post Services as my sister is studying in China and I want to receive some packages from her. So may I know the process and time it will take to deliver goods from China to Pakistan (Karachi).

By air, it may take half a month at least and 20 kilos at most is allowed to send.
By surface, t may take a month at least and 20 kilos at most is allowed to send.
