You can make a transfer in Guangzhou, from Jiangmen to Guangzhou and then from Guangzhou to HK.

You could take the China-Hong Kong through buses depart at Jiangmen at 06:30, 07:30, 8:30, 09:30, 10:30, 14:30, 16:30, 18:308. The boarding point(departure places) is Yihao Hotel Lobby(江门逸豪酒店大堂). You could go to Kowloon Station, Tsim Sha Tsui, Jordan, Mong Kok, Shang Wan Chai, or Hong Kong Airport.  You just need to tell the bus staffs and buy the tickets.
