Asking Police Clearance in Hongkong

I am going to ask why the Hongkong Police didn't answer everytime i send email to them. Anyway i sent my documents to the office of the Police in wan chai just to request a Police Clearance for my immigrant visa last August 9, 2018. but it almost one Month i never heared from them, infact i sent them an email twice just to follow up but they never answer my email i paid already the processing. Please answer my querry. I am in the Philippines right now waiting for my Police Clearance/ Cncc because i really need it for my visa. Please answer my querry thank you.
