About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hi, I am Xin from Cambodia, I would like to process document for marriage registration in China.

My fiancé is living in Guangzhou. What would be the document and processo for me to do please. Thank you.

To get married in China, both of you need to provide passport (or Chinese household register and ID if you had), visa or residence permit, and a single status certificate from your country. After preparing those documents, you can register your marriage in China's Civil Affairs Bureau. You may also go to your country's embassy in PRC to get married

So the single certificate is only certified and legalised by Ministry of Foreign Affrairs in Cambodia is enough? Thanks

It also should be authenticated from the China embassy in your country.
