Could you please tell us how to buy train ticket from Beijing to Ulanbatar in Hanoi, Vietnam ?

There is no ticket office for this international trip in Hanoi. You can use an online travel agent like this one for advanced booking. Or you can buy it after your arrival in Beijing.
