About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Im going to Shanghai for 3 days meeting. I will go from rome to PvG and then to Auckland.

Can I apply for the TWOV. I am italian

Yes, if you don't have any stop in mainland China except Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang, you are eligible for the 144h visa-free transit in Shanghai.
