About:Shopping in Shanghai

I am staying at the Double Tree on Yanggao Nan, Pudong Shanghai.

Is there a place nearby where I can buy LED Vase Lights except online...?

I happen to know a Jinxin Lighting City in 1243, Dongfang Rd, Pudong, and it’s about 1km northwest of your hotel. You can take a taxi there and have a look!
